Darren Criss’s Blaine is about to get an older brother on Glee!  The musical series is this close to signing White Collar and former Guiding Light star, Matt Bomer in the role!

According to TV Line  this guest-star acquisition is big one for the FOX series!  “Number one, this will be first time we meet any of the other Andersons, and we might finally learn a bit about Blaine’s apparently gorgeous kin.”

Bomer is no stranger to singing either and the hot star has quite a set of pipes on him! In addition, Glee creator, Ryan Murphy has just cast Bomer in his in-the-works film adaptation of Larry Kramer’s play, The Normal Heart.  Clearly Bomer is becoming a favorite of the executive wunderkind, too!

What do you think of Bomer being cast as Darren’s brother on Glee?  What do you think of Bomer’s rise to stardom from his beginnings in Springfield? Let us know!

I am not a GLEE person but I adore Matt in White Collar! He is the star of that series and while it doesn’t have the exposure that GLEE has, it’s pretty great! I congratulate him on any role he gets… but I really want White Collar to have a few more years… please!
