Nathan Parsons Makes a Return to General Hospital

Photo: JPI

On the heels of Holly’s (Emma Samms) reported demise on General Hospital, comes word that her on-screen son, Ethan Lovett will be back on the canvas and mourning his mother.

That means that Nathan Parsons is slated for a return to reprise the role of Luke Spencer (Tony Geary) and Holly’s son.   The actor will be making a brief comeback, according to Soap Opera Digest.

Look for Robert (Tristan Rogers) to still be not so sure of what exactly happened to Holly, although he believes Peter August (Wes Ramsey) has something to do with it,

As for Parsons, he originated the role of Ethan from 2009-2012, the made some brief returns in 2013 and 2015.

Following his departure from GH, Parsons began to rack up primetime roles and was last seen starring in CW’s Roswell, New Mexico series.

No word yet on Nathan’s first GH airdate back.

So are you looking forward to seeing Nathan again on GH and how his appearance might further the story of Holly’s “demise”? Comment below.

This is great news, it will be nice to see him pay a visit to GH, I’m following him on Roswell, and its great that he’s willing to come back for a visit, shows he has class, and its not one of those actors who pretends they never did daytime. I’m hoping Emma Samms Holly isn’t really dead and that soon she too will be paying the show a visit.

Now if only his brother Lucky would come back with him…. and get his family away from the supposedly reformed serial killer. Ethan working with Robert will be interesting… since a lot of folks always thought he should have been Robert’s kid and not Luke’s in the first place. Last I heard though, Emma Samms was still attempting to recover from Covid 19, and also living back home in the UK, so I’m not exactly sure how they’re planning to do a Holly storyline without Holly in it. (For the love of all that’s unholy, no recasts!!!) And then there… Read more »

I haven’t watched the show in over a year. However, I will watch it now in hopes that Emma Samms will follow! Ethan is still a Scorpio in my mind…never Luke’s.
