The music and entertainment world, and millions of fans tonight are mourning the loss of singer, Whitney Houston. The Grammy winning legend was found dead this afternoon in her hotel room at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, where she was in town to appear at Clive Davis’s annual pre-Grammy party tonight. Houston was 48.
Los Angeles police Lt. Mark Rosen told reporters outside the Beverly Hilton that Houston was pronounced dead at 3:55 p.m. PST in her room on the fourth floor of the hotel. Her body remained there and Beverly Hills detectives were investigating. “There were no obvious signs of any criminal intent at this time,” Rosen said. Houston’s life in recent years was ravaged by drug use, erratic behavior and a tumultuous marriage to singer Bobby Brown. It has yet to be determined if drugs were in any way involved or the cause of her death.
Sunday night is the Grammy Awards, and in light of the shocking death of Whitney Houston tonight, Jennifer Hudson and Chaka Kahn will perform some form of tribute to Houston on the live broadcast tomorrow on CBS.
Many of your favorite soap stars took to Twitter in the last several hours to tweet out their reactions. Here are the thoughts they shared after the jump.

ATWT’s Tamara Tunie: “It’s a sad day and a great loss. Peace be with you Whitney/”
DAYS Mark Hapka: “Poor whitney Houston. Found dead of a Bobby Brown overdose…and only 48. RIP”

Y&Rs Michael Muhney: “RIP Whitney Houston. Your beautiful voice will live on forever.”
B&B’s Brandon Beemer: “RIP Whitney Houston. My heart goes out to her family and loved ones. She was blessed with such an amazing talent.”
GL & OLTL’s Kim Zimmer: “I can’t remember when the news of a rock stars death has effected me sooo much.. FUCK Bobby Brown and DRUGS.”
Y&R’s Daniel Goddard: “RIP Whitney… So sad”
Y&R’s Melissa Claire Egan: “Nooo! SO very sad about the death of Whitney Houston. One of the first “tapes” I ever bought. The loss of a true talent.”

We will continue to add more soap star reactions throughout the next 24 hours. Now soapers, let us know what was your favorite song by Whitney Houston. ‘General Hospital’s’ Steve Burton Shares Reaction to His Lead Actor Daytime Emmy Nomination, ‘It Was to Honor Leslie Charleson’

The 53rd Annual Daytime Emmy Award nominations kicked-off on Monday with the announcements of four major categories including, Outstanding Lead Performer in a Daytime Drama Series — Actor, and among the nominees is General Hospital’s Steve Burton (Jason Morgan).
Burton is already a two-time Daytime Emmy winner in the Supporting Actor category for his roles as GH’s Jason and his turn as Dylan McAvoy on Y&R. However, Steve is yet to win in the Lead Actor category and he has received 11 nominations along the way in his daytime career.
Following the reveal that he is a 2026 Daytime Emmy nominee, he and his GH co-star, podcast co-host and comedy show partner, Bradford Anderson (Spinelli) taped a special edition of their That’s Awesome podcast just featuring Burton’s reaction to the news.

FOR LESLIE CHARLESON
Steve expressed, “I know it’s such a cliche to say, ‘I’m just so honored to be nominated.’ But truly, I’m so grateful to be nominated, so grateful to just be on the show off and on for 30 plus years and to be nominated with the guys in my category. Just to get the opportunity. Frank (Valentini, executive producer, GH) texted me right away. I was just like, ‘Thank you for the opportunity to get to do what I do.'”
Taking in the moment, Burton thanked those who helped him select the material for his nominated reel. “Unless you win, you don’t get to say things. So. I’m going just say a few things: Elizabeth Korte (co-head writer, GH) helped me a lot with the material, (as did) Michelle Henry, who’s a producer on the show, Laura Wright (Carly, GH), and then my wife Michelle (Lundstrom). I believe it was Jill Phelps who told me that when A Martinez felt like he had a great show or great scenes, he would mark it down. So, when Emmy time comes, you have all the show numbers written down, and you don’t have to think about it, because that’s half the battle (finding the material).
Burton explained how meaningful this nomination is for him, because of playing the scenes of Jason losing Monica, and his closeness with the late, great Leslie Charleson.
“The nomination’s an amazing thing, and it’s beautiful, but really it’s to honor Leslie Charleson. A lot of my material was because of her, and how I started on the show as a Quartermaine, it just means a ton,” shared Burton. “Maurice Benard (Sonny, GH) has obviously has been instrumental, and I’ve said it from day one and I’ll shout it from the rooftops. If it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t be here, and to be working with the people that we work with is incredible.”

SHOULD JOHN OLIVER BE NAMED HOST OF THE DAYTIME EMMYS?
During the end of his conversation with Anderson, Steve suggested that the host of the Daytime Emmy should be Last Week Tonight’s John Oliver, who recently guest starred as the head of the WSB named Z on General Hospital, and is soon to show up on Days of Our Lives in a mystery role in August.
Thus far, the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences has not revealed their host for the upcoming ceremony to be held on October 30 in a venue to be named in Hollywood, California.
You can watch Steve sharing his reaction to receiving his 2026 Lead Actor Daytime Emmy nomination below on a special segment on the That’s Awesome podcast.
Now let us know, are you glad that Steve chose scenes surrounding Jason mourning the loss of the woman that raised him, Monica Quartermaine for his Emmy reel? What do you think of John Oliver as a suggestion to host the Daytime Emmys? Weigh-in via the comment section below.

It’s a milestone we couldn’t let pass by without taking some time to celebrate as a family (and, of course… eating some cake). 🍰 We hope you enjoy watching it as much as we did making it.”
WHAT WILL HAPPEN ON THE 16,000th Episode?
The 16,000th episode will feature Jason Morgan returning to the town of Port Charles, Anna and Valentin (James Patrick Stewart) reuniting, and a new surgeon, Dr. Tristan Roberts (Dean Geyer) joining the staff of ‘General Hospital.’

Share your thoughts and congrats for everyone in front of the camera and behind the scenes on this milestone airing.

Truly a devastating loss to the music industry. Long live the Queen… WHITNEY ELIZABETH HOUSTON!!!!
I love Whitney. I have performed her music and would only pray to reach the notes she reached during my Karaoke selections. Whitney was a BEAUTIFUL woman and she has left her a powerful mark on the world. Her smile (other than her voice) was ALSO a ray of sunshine. For those two things Whitney will be remembered most for, including her undying faith and candor. Her voice was a Treasure, none Greater!
GL & OLTL’s Kim Zimmer: “I can’t remember when the news of a rock stars death has effected me sooo much.. FUCK Bobby Brown and DRUGS.”
Kim Zimmer: Thanks for your candor and not being afraid to express it the way U did.
Kim Zimmer’s statement was ugly and unnecessary. As were similar crass statements from soap actors, Bradford Anderson and Mark Hapka. They should be ashamed, particularly Zimmer who minimized her own alcoholism in her autobiography. The focus should be on remembering Whitney Houston and her legacy, not trashing Bobby Brown. Brown and Houston had been long divorced and he has seemed to have taken well to recovery, has a new wife and child. To blame Bobby Brown, who reportedly used alcohol to self-medicate a mental illness, for Whitney Houston’s life choices is wrong.
Rest in peace Whitney Houston. She is my favorite singer of all time and gifted the world with her incredible talent. my favorite WH song is “Miracle” from her I’m Your Baby Tonight album.
I think Kim is saying (and I could be wrong here) that Bobby should have supported Whitney, but chose not to. Instead he was an enabler. In that regard “FUCK Bobby” would be appropriate.
I thought Kim Zimmer had more class then that, but I guess I was wrong.
We love you Whitney!
She was so young… That awesome voice will be missed!!!!!!!!!!!! ‘ SAVING ALL MY LOVE FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great song!!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s a shock!!!!!!!!!! It’s soooooooooo sad ………………… The Bodyguard!!!! She will be dearly missed by millions of fans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She’s home with THE LORD!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is so sad, R.I.P whitney, we will always love you.
Love and support to her mother, daughter, family, friends and fans. The woman had a fantastic voice and she will be missed.
Very sad. I would have loved to see Whitney make a comeback and keep singing. Her last album was good. Whitney was ill with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from smoking. It’s possible she died from a heart attack or stroke. She and her incredible voice will always be remembered and loved.
I can’t imagine identifying one favorite song. It was never just one song with her. ANYTHING she sang was stunningly spectacular and unforgettable. If there is a heaven, Whitney is teaching the angels to sing.
this is just so sad – very heart wrenching news…………my prayers are with her family………
Truly a devastating loss to the entertainment field. Her love of music shall always be cherished.Love to all her family…!
I agree one hundred percent with Kim Zimmer. “Nuff said.
Just because you agree with Kim, does not make her right, I thought she had more class then that, but I see I was wrong.
This is such a waste of a tremendous talent! You could not get any bigger than Whitney Houston in the 80’s/90’s. After the tremendous hit of The Bodyguard, no one could maintain that level of success forever. It’s such a shame she chose Bobby Brown and dropped off the face of the earth career wise. She could have chosen a different path. This is so sad. I feel bad for her daughter losing her mother at 19.
So Emotional
I Will Always Love You
How Will I Know
But really, everytime the media plays a snippet of a Whitney Houston song, it was a major hit. So many songs that stand the test of time.
RIP Whitney
I agree! She abused her voice and body and wasted her gift! She sang the greatest gift was to love yourself. Too bad she didn’t.
Regardless, her gift of her beautiful music will last forever.
so long whitney we will all miss you and your beautiful voice you were a beautiful person inside and out to bad you did not know or feel it or how much you were loved by fans rip we all love you
R.I.P. Whitney Houston and I concur with Kim Zimmer!!!!!!!!!
People, she hasn’t been dead 24 hours and the blame/rumors are already showing toward Bobby Brown.
I am no fan of his, however, out of respect for Whitney and those of us who loved her music STOP bashing.
We lost yet another talent legend way too soon.
No one is Blasting! People on here are just expressing their opinions, and this is the forum to do so. No one has parents on here the last I checked. Whitney was a grown women who made her own choices, BUT it is no secret we are influenced by the company we keep. I’m sure U’ve heard the ole saying, ” Birds of a feather, flock together”. That’s all they are saying on here. It’s perfectly obvious, (and blame has nothing to do with it) that had she chose a different life partner, say perhaps with middle class values like where she came from-maybe her life would have taken a different path. Please STOP being so cynical, and you are HARSH along with it. This forum on here is for expressing our thoughts. Michael always writes his above capture by ending it with a request to: “let us know what you think”. We can disagree on here, but U must watch the tone in which you speak with people. Not Kool! Read my post about Susan Lucci in Gloria Estefan’s video, and how David, and Ethel disagreed about Susan. Then I wrote a compare (agreeing with them) and a contrast (providing other & opposite information). Then READ how BOTH David and Ethel looked at the situation with a totally different perspective. Deb, life is about being able to look at things from more than one point of reference. And the BEST is, BOTH Ethel and David were so HUMBLE about looking at it from a different view. There is no ‘ mean understone’ between us. Peace!
There was a person if you read above, who referenced Bobby Brown. Though I am not a fan of his, lets all realize that Whitney was an adult. She made her own decisions. As a long time fan and admirer of Whitney’s, I think its shameful anyone would bash her when she hadn’t even been dead a day. Show some respect.
pretty much said the same thing you are saying here, except I havent been pounced on yet, there is no way a healthy 48 year old woman is going to drown in a bathtub ,she was tall to,the only way that can happen is if you are drugged up to the point you pass out and as I said in another post ,you can forget to breathe ,she was not healthy, and I think she had C O P D on top of everything else ,so this will be interesting to find out what happened to her.I think she had to many doctors ,and no body was stopping her from walking into a doctors office,we will see when the truth comes out .and if all the rumors are true ,she did die because of legal drugs ,and that is a big problem in this country.by the way did you hear what tony bennett had to say, what a ,Im not going to say it here.oh yeah and birds of a feather flock together,my grandmother use to say that ,god bless her ,she raised me ,and that saying makes sense and ,with whitney houstons problems, the last place she should have been was at the grammys ,and being around all those parties, thats bad for any addict.I heard that on thursday night she was plastered.ok, maybe I will get picked on now,for saying the truth.
Oppinions are like behinds, everyone one got one. That being said, no one on this earth has the right to judge anyone.
Deb said: “There was a person if you read above, who referenced Bobby Brown. Though I am not a fan of his, lets all realize that Whitney was an adult. She made her own decisions. YES Deb: There was 2 people ABOVE who referenced Bobby Brown, but everyone didn’t agree with Kim Zimmer either. But there is NO ONE above who BASHED Whitney as you stated. I re-read all the post. There was 2 people who said it was SAD she didn’t take a different path, but there is no bashing there. You said, “Whitney was an adult she made her own decisions”, I stated above “Whitney was a grown women who made her own choices”, same thing. They are saying what we are saying ‘ just ‘ differently; they wish Whitney had chosen a different path. After all, she was an adult!
The sentiments expressed above about Whitney were beautiful. There is no reference to any bizzare or out the ordinary behavior involving Whitney.
Iloveabcsoaps. Boo hoo. Once again, I can’t justify corresponding with you.
What r u in 2nd grade??
I didn’t see KZ comment until just now. My response to her is FUCK KZ!
Why is Bobby Brown to blame?? confused…….What a stupid ignorant comment from KZ. Maybe she has too much time on her hands now too??
Hi Deb: Did you read the page w/ Susan Lucci in Gloria Estefan’s video and the discussion that involved me, David, Ethel and Barbara. Here is a reply below that I just received. Pay close attention to the compliment given to me (at the end) about our unfair judgements and perceptions….
” Thanks for replying. You are right. The Erica Kane role has stereotyped Susan and not always for the best, but I hadn’t really thought about it until you pointed it’s out. Susan is a good performer and deserves a wider stage for her talent. I agree Susan could dazzle in a role other than Erica if given the chance. If we were all a little more fair and even-handed in our judgments (except when it comes to ABC canceling OLTL), the world would be a better place. ”
Follow the coversation from the top of the post (it’s not long) Susan/Estefan post. They all had their opinions, they weren’t HARSH and we engaged in a discussion. It ENDED with them understanding my position. At the same time I understood where they were coming from in the beginning. You just read the compliment ABOVE given to me by David, more by Ethel and Barbara on the page. I don’t know how U could say something so stupid like me being in 2nd grade. Why do you resought in ATTACKS and then tell other people they are BASHING on here when this forum is for opionions, but certainly not ATTACKS! People on here compliment my post ALL the time, and I read your post and I dont read you getting compliments to what U speak about. I have made friends on here with people of all types and education backgrounds FAR different from mine. They look for my post and I look for theirs, so IF I corresponded like I was in 2nd grade, people wouldn’t look for my post or send me emails asking, “Where are you? “, OR compliment my thoughts and opionions, or be willing to change their position BC I have presented my case and the opposing view with plenty of facts and/ OR examples.
Turn to that page via Susan in Estefan’s video, and follow the conversation from the top. The Respect fellow poster’s have for my views goes BOTH ways for them. I tried to cultivate that type of conversation and Respect with you, BUT you RESULTED in attacks, and when a person has to do that- that means they have already lost the discussion. Peace be with You!
No I didn’t see any video, nor did I finish reading your post. When I realized you were trying to promote yourself for your ego, I lost interest.
sad, very beautiful woman and singer.one of the best.she had a very powerful voice, I loved all of her music.and she was the best singer of the star spangled banner,at the super bowl ,she, unlike all the others ,sang it with such class ,good bye whitney houston.
Wendy Williams had a great show yesterday. She spoke from the heart. She cried. She admitted herself to a past with drugs. When she got done saying her version of ‘good-bye’ to Whitney, she ended it with she is not going to discuss Whitney again on her show. Why can’t the rest of the shows follow her example?
agree,I didnt see her show but our local news showed clips from it,she did speak from her heart, its sad the path that people take in the use of drugs ,and when you have a doctor who doesnt help the addict but writes out dangerous prescriptions ,bad things can happen ,as we are seeing once again ,I really wish whitney could have fought harder to get rid of her demons, its so sad .she was ,and is one of my favorite singers.
Because they are in the business of making money, that’s why? Glad to hear that Wendy Williams isn’t discusssing it again, BC her show is nothing but gossip, gossip, gossip. I stumbled upon her show for the 1st time in 2010, and then again in 2011. All gossip! No wonder you and I have such a difference of opionions about things. U watch Wendy Williams. I watch CNN. Peace!
The post is dated: February 10, 2012 under New Soap Buzz about:
(Susan Lucci pops up in Gloria Estefan’s new music video for Hotel Nacional! )
I didn’t ask you to look at any video, I asked you , I QUOTE: ” Turn to that page via Susan in Estefan’s video, and follow the conversation from the top.” Repeat. ABOUT Susan Lucci in Gloria Estefan’s video, and follow…..etc etc!!!! U don’t follow directions or is afraid to be wrong!
“No I didn’t see any video, nor did I finish reading your post. When I realized you were trying to promote yourself for your ego, I lost interest.”
No Deb, I just prefer to speak with people who aren’t Harsh and judgemental of other’s on this site. And just because they enjoy my post, which is me just being me., now I’m promoting myself, duh! Ok, well I’d rather promote intelligence, rather than ignorance. Certainly, U couldn’t stand to read anything where someone(s) is complimenting me, bc it would a conflicting difference of your opionion and might mean that your thinking isn’t normal. NOT being able to read the conversation we had about Lucci/ Estefan, is evident well, you know. God Bless You Deb. Peace! Let’s just have peace! No more of this!
I LOVE gossip. I LOVE a women who isn’t a phony. A real person. The fact she isn’t going to dwell on this story and move on shows me what kind of class she has. I dvr her & Anderson & GH everyday while I have CNN on in the background. You see, I work for a living, not sit home all day to watch soaps, talk shows or game shows. Case closed.
btw-how many times today did CNN talk about Whitney Houston? Did you count, or were you off coloring in the corner? Peace.
I am so sorry to hear of the death of Whitney Houston. I will not play the blame game for what caused her death. God, is the one that takes you in his loving arms when it is your time to go. May she rest in peace. My heart goes out to her daughter and Mother and also her ex, Bobby Brown.
Nice post Bettye3
I used the terms Harsh and Judgemental ABOVE, in my post to you. Here it is. “Please STOP being so cynical, and you are HARSH along with it”. I have said that you are judgemental on other post as well. Obviously you dont remember what U read. Go above and read my responses to you, U will find my vocabulary that YOU are now using in your comment to abc, “harsh and judgement”. Find your own vocabulary, OR go back to school….! U sound jealous that U are not as intelligent. U use fowl language to express yourself ALL THE TIME, and is good for name calling. That’s what un-intelligent people do when they can’t hold their own in a conversation. PLEASE DONT REPOND OR TALK WITH ME AGAIN…. U are obviously an Unhappy and Miserable person. I dont respond back to you for days, but before a new day begins, U immediately respond back, BC you have nothing else to do but sit around and wait for a response to keep the madness going, by attacking people, judging people, talking about soap fans sitting home doing nothing with their time- and if that is the case, it’s their business. U are not a person worth speaking with. I wish U leave me alone, Stop waiting for a response.
Michael: Debi is a judgemental, harsh, cynical person. She ” picks” fights rather than discuss. Please ASK her to respect people’s individuality on this site, and AVOID me at all cost. I am one of peace, harmony, and humor-everything that is good for the soul in my free and leisure time. Please ask her to leave me alone!
Bettye3 – I am watching services on CNN right now. Confused why Bobby Brown is standing outside the Church and not inside with his daughter.
I also ask that bloggers show respect to someone who has passed.
She is going to her final resting place. Let her go in peace and forget her sins. NOBODY is without sins of their own. NOBODY. RIP Whitney!
What a horrible waste! RIP
For me, The Greatest Love of All was one of the greatest songs of all….
I think that “The Greatest Love of All” was definitely her shining moment…a truly awesome song. It is a tragedy that she could not overcome her addiction…what a sad, lonely way to die. I am sure she is in a better place now… and addiction-free at last. That is how I am choosing to see it. RIP, Whitney.
“Greatest Love Of All”
I believe the children are our future
Teach them well and let them lead the way
Show them all the beauty they possess inside
Give them a sense of pride to make it easier
Let the children’s laughter remind us how we used to be
Everybody searching for a hero
People need someone to look up to
I never found anyone to fulfill my needs
A lonely place to be
So I learned to depend on me
[Chorus:]
I decided long ago, never to walk in anyone’s shadows
If I fail, if I succeed
At least I live as I believe
No matter what they take from me
They can’t take away my dignity
Because the greatest love of all
Is happening to me
I found the greatest love of all
Inside of me
The greatest love of all
Is easy to achieve
Learning to love yourself
It is the greatest love of all
I believe the children are our future
Teach them well and let them lead the way
Show them all the beauty they possess inside
Give them a sense of pride to make it easier
Let the children’s laughter remind us how we used to be
[Chorus]
And if by chance, that special place
That you’ve been dreaming of
Leads you to a lonely place
Find your strength in love
Just reading those words made me cry, because it’s the truth. I hope that people listen to some of her songs and just remember that her music will always be with us.
I saw your post of the song when U posted it. I was otherwise involved on the site. But Thank you for taking the time to type those words out for those that don’t know the words, or heard the song. They are very significant words. I woke up to a tex from my cousin on Sunday she tex: ” Thank you for teaching me my 1st Whitney Houston song when I was 6 year’s old..” I have taught that song to all my cousins under me when they were young. The male cousins have teased over the year’s about me making them learn that song and sing it proudly. They have always said that’s one of their favorite songs. A former neighbor called me on Sat”d, and said, ” My daughter remembers U taught her that song at 6 years old. ” I been teaching little kids that song since I was a teenager, for obvious reasons…. Thank you for posting it.
Last night at the Grammy’s when Jennifer sang “I will always love you” , I was struck at the double meaning of those words. This song with just a few different words could be a song about dying. I think this was definately Whitney’s best song, although she sang many many songs that I loved. The song itself has been around since the 60s when Dolly Parton wrote it and it was her signature song for many years. She sang it in such a pure and simple way. Then Whitney’s version was so powerful and different from the original, it seemed like two different experiences. Now I have a third. It is a goodbye letter to one of the greatest singers in the 20th century.
One of my very favorite songs she sang was “I Love the Lord” I hope Whitney is standing at his thrown at this minute making that angelic music once again.

Life is not perfect and I don’t know one person who hasn’t made a mistake or two, along the way. Whitney was a true talent, who I believe like everyone wanted love. Sometimes we take a wrong turn to find it (I am guilty there). Her mother and daughter will need love and support to see their way through this.
Exactly!
Nice post Lew.
You are hard pressed to find any news channel who isn’t talking about her.
I have the news on all day while working, and no matter what channel you go to, its only a matter of time before her name comes up.
If everyone loved her like they claim, why are they reporting this like breaking news still?? It isn’t news anymore. They are making a mockery out of her.
We know she died. Respect her & her family and give them peace.
Debi, Thank you and your post is very good as well.
abc…your not harsh or judgemental as long as everyone agrees with you! Peace.
I see that U have begun to post more positve comments, and even begun to be more complimeting to people. (Maybe you gave a few compliments to get some). I even see above that U are using some of MY terms I’ve reference to you” harsh and judemental ” in your comment to abc. I dont think most people on here sit at home and watch soaps all day (as you stated you don’t do) because otherwise, how would they be able to survive? Soap fans do some kind of work, even if its take care of home and raise their families, or they have worked and is retired. To say that U dont sit home, watch talk shows & games shows is judgemental and unfair to those that have put their time in working, is retired, or disabled. U just cant get over yourself with your judgements. I am an educator, and entertainment on weekends and Summer months. As an educator, I have to stay abreast on social, political, cultural issues and interest. That is why my views are well rounded, and not so isolated and judgemental. My profession takes me/ involves me with people of all ethnic groups and walks of life, so I must be able to see issue (s) from many sides and refrain from judgement unneccesarily.
WTF are u talking about?? I would NEVER use any of your terms. I think you are an idiot. STOP POSTING to me.
I compliment people who earn it. I haven’t seen that with your posts. Actually, I ignore your posts. I read a few posts awhile back, you contribute nothing. Now I don’t read them. Unless you are obsessed with me, STOP following me as well. Seriously. Peace.
PS. Wendy Willams is far from a woman that most see as having Class! She use to meet the star’s on the red carpet and give them hell and ask them about the most embarrasing things she could think of. The fact that she chose to say her good-bye and say she isn’t going to speak of Whitney again is Dignified, BUT not classy! (You have a 2nd grade vocabulary). Wendy Williams created her image as a gossip, a trouble maker of soughts, making a spectacle of the star’s private embarrasing moments. That’s the image she is known for which SHE created, and made her living doing so. In fact, she didn’t begin to clean up her image until she got her television show, knowing that she would need some of the people she gossiped about, on it as Guest. Good that Wendy took the high road concerning Whitney, but I doubt with all the news coverage of the funeral and all, if Wendy Willams doesn’t mention it NEVER again. That remains to be seen, but won’t be seem by me. I’m busy watching and listening to more crediable news, or quality entertainment.
The chapter cloese on Whitney today and tomorrow, and so does this conversation. Please donot respond. May your life be blessed with all that you hope for.
Class Closed!
Michael is there a way to block this idiot from sending me her responses. When I see they are from her, I delete. I dont even read her stupidity.
ok this is getting stupid, you and debi should avoid each other like the plague ,yous two dont like each other ,thats obvious from what I am reading at all your posts, when did this happen?I miss your posts ,theres alot to talk about ,heres my list, general hospital sunk in the ratings again, the revolution is still paying 30 dollars but now its for the audience to walk into a untitled network talk show.ron and franks stories start, still looks like robin is going to die,abc will make a decision on g h in the next few weeks, theres more ,but Im sure you know whats going on in the soap world,I have to admit ,Im nervous about what abc will do with general hospital, but I would like to know now ,instead of sitting around ,while abc plays head games with us.
No disrepect Micheal but I’m bit put off about the mention of Whitney Houston here.
I mentioned John Lennon on his annversary of his death last year here and I got slammed so I dont see why shes mentioned.
“Way off topic, lets think about people who are alive .” I got from someone.
I wasnt going to this site at that time, was he mentioned then?
I usually do stay on topic but shes then off topc if Lennon was.
This has got to be the worst Black History Month ever!

Tragedies do occur in 3’s. RIP everyone and God’s speed.
YES tragedies do happen in 3’s
Bless You Whitney & Rest In Peace!
Whitney’s Funeral was beautiful. Guess no one is posting here since the death. There are no comments about her February 19th funeral on here. Last comment posted was on Feb 14th, and she died the Feb 11th. It’s a DisGrace that the National Enquirer posted that picture of Whitney. This world has just gone to the dogs. There is no respect for any ones privacy anymore. No matter the efforts you employ, or the plea’s asking for it.
Thank God, Whitney’s death was ruled an accident. 3/22/2012
Now, Rest in Peace, dear Whitney.
