THE BAY Adds Ronn Moss, Sean Kanan, Judi Evans, Patrika Darbo To Their Cast!

Last evening, On-Air On-Soaps spoke with The Bay executive producer Gregori Martin, who informed us of new casting changes and additions to upcoming episodes/chapters of his web series with some very familiar faces from daytime!

Chief among them is none other than former The Bold and the Beautiful star, Ronn Moss (Ex-Ridge), who will play the new role of  former D.A. John Blackwell.  Meanwhile, Judi Evans (Adrienne, DAYS) will portray his wife,  Katherine.  They are the parents of Damien Blackwell played by Erik Fellows, who come to Bay City with a secret agenda against the Garrett clan!

B&B’s returning Sean Kanan (Deacon) is also on board, and will replace Brody Hutzler (Ex-Patrick, DAYS) in the role of Press Secretary Kenneth Allen.  And Patrick Darbo (Ex-Nancy, DAYS) will play a “GH Ruby Anderson type” as Mickey, who runs a small eatery called “Patrick’s Roadhouse”.

The Bay will continue principal photography beginning later this week featuring some of these new cast members with new episodes streaming in May.

What do you think of the casting additions to The Bay? Let us know!

I’m happy for Sean Kanan, as the writers did a terrible job writing for AJ Quartermaine this time around, so Sean decided to leave and head over to the Bold and the Beautiful. I’m happy for all of the daytime actors who are also working on The Bay. Good luck, everyone.

It is true that AJ was always written badly but I thought Sean Kean was going to Bold and the Beautiful. I wonder if he can do both.

I’m sick of the sour grapes that Ron Moss has for the Bold & the Beautiful. The guy didn’t like the contract and left PERIOD! Why can’t he let it be. I love the new Ridge and I really wish Ron Moss would just go play his music and leave the soap HE LEFT alone.

I love the new Ridge also but must admit as a new viewer to B&B, I am appalled at how all of the characters have inner bread. It is hilarious and often sickening. I recall seeing previews of B&B when Ron Moss was on the soap. It seems that there was a mass exit from B&B but they have done well with carrying on.

Yes @Faith they can be so DOUGHY sometimes…LOL

sounds really great for the bay new cast and and the return of some i been waiting for to come back this going to be a great reason for the bays fans thank again Gregori j martin

sorry,.. i meant a great season for the bay thanks again Gregori j martin

Great news! I love Judi Evans and can’t wait to see what she, Sean and Ronn bring to this already outstanding show. Seriously, this show has a better cast than anything on daytime TV!

I think its great for the soap actors we all know. Best to the show. I haven’t watched much of the Bay .I may now FrankenRon ruined everything I liked about GH I have no desire to watch the things going on there..Who are these people ? And the amount of mobs and Molls no thanks.

Good news!!!! I am glad The Bay is coming back for another season. Another plus for longer episodes. Maybe they can syndicate the show on cable with longer episodes.

THE BAYcontinues to get better and better!!! The already amazing cast, is still growing to be even more special. I am personally excited to see Judi and Patrika, and see them as new characters! #maybay

Ronn moss is the best. So glad to see him in this role. Will
Be watching whenever it’s on

Will someone please tell me when & where I can watch the “Bay”? Is it on the Internet or cable tv??

Love having Ronn Moss and Judy Evans onThe Bay. They are HOT together soooo please keep them on and steamy. I never heard of The Bay until I saw Ronn Moss was going on and I have always been a huge fan of him. Once I started watching The Bay I now love it and I hope you keep Evans and Moss on the show they are awesome together.

Also, I hope they make The Bay a soap on cable and longer episodes. It will be a hit esp with Moss and Evans steaming up and a story line with them!
