The Bold and the Beautiful Freshens Up Its Opening Title Sequence

In a nice surprise for fans of The Bold and the Beautiful, the series refreshed their opening title sequence with the additions of several recent arrivals and cast members, plus some new images of other characters and actors on the canvas.

The new opening was first seen on the Monday, December 30th and again on today’s December 31st episode. As 2025 begins it the sequence will now also feature: Rebecca Budig (Taylor), Crew Morrow (Will), Laneya Grace (Electra), Romy Park (Poppy) and Lisa Yamada (Luna), among others.

Viewers looking for images of Joshua Hoffman as R. J. Forrester or Matthew Atkinson as Thomas Forrester will see that they are no longer appearing in the sequence. The opening credits are usually utilized for those on contract with the soap opera, further leading to the speculation that Hoffman and Atkinson are now recurring with the show. However, both the actors names did appear in the closing credits.

While the mystery surrounding, when and if, Matthew Atkinson will return as Thomas Forrester (he was last seen on-air in July) is something viewers hope will soon turn it to a surprise on-air return, because at this point its anyone guess. Atkinson was seen at the recent B&B holiday party.

As for Joshua Hoffman, since R.J.’s love story with Luna was aborted in favor of the huge story twist which saw her becoming a murderer and kidnapper, no word yet if he is with the series and if what capacity.

So, what do you think of the latest makeover of B&B’s opening titles? Who are you happy to see included in it? Who do you wish was still there? Comment below.

Great to see crew morrow in credits hope they don’t abandon the character of Will they way they did RJ! It’s one thing for RJ to be off contract but the way the writers just abandoned the character is just lazy writing. His parents are at odds the company he works for a family company mind you is going through a major take over and the girl he was in love with turns murderer you think maybe an explanation or a leave town or something would be mentioned as far as Thomas I’m in the minority maybe but Pierson Fode played the character as a leading man that’s how he was written as a hero the current Thomas as played by Atkinson no fault of the actor the character is down right strange lying about the child to hope mannequins in the house sorry crowd but not rooting for the character of Thomas and I guess we are resting Liam

Hoffman was a find, big mistake letting him go

From what I saw the dude couldn’t act.

Agree ! But you need to let the audience know he did not fall down a rabbit hole just write where he is did he go to Paris also?? I will keep saying it Brad Bell needs to hire a head writer that knows what the heck is going on this soap is a toy to him the man has more money then brains. He is the worst on his treatment of actors nobody should ever want to work for this guy.

Rj is gorgeous this show is so dumb

They need to bring Thomas and R J back to the show they are very important characters if anyone needs to go should be crazy Luna. I’m ready for Thope Reunion Carter and Hope have no chemistry. Please listen to us fans bring those 2 back

I swear if I ever watch or read about this show again I hope my family commits me. What happened today was a tragedy and is sooooo insulting to loyal viewers. Wish you viewers the best. So long.

I do like to see the new faces on their but, I do hope to see again Matthew Atkinsons’ face back on their and have him come back as well with another juicy storyline.

This has to be the worst written soap in history. The Electra/Remy arch, a whole bunch of been done a million times before with no payoff. The new Bill/Luna story is so ridiculous a high school kid would not have written it. There is no substance to this show, they use long stares and smiles and panoramic views of the city as filler and it is only a half hour show. Hire a real writer ,please.

I’d like to know who is the woman who is getting her hair combed in the opening intro ?? She is in a few slides in the intro and has been in the intro for a very long time . But she isn’t one of the current cast characters ?? SO WHO IS SHE ??? PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME !!!

I’ve always wondered too, cuz to me she looks like the actress that plays Lilly on the Young & the Restless but I can’t find any confirmation.

I have wondered this for years & I keep asking & no one gives an answer as to who she is & why she’s in the opening credits. So my thoughts are she may be some big wheel of the shows wife, girlfriend , daughter in real life who put her in there to make her happy. Anybody got a better answer I’d be interested in hearing it.

Taking to his Instagram to celebrate the nominations, GH’s Bennett, enthused, “3 Critic Choice Nominations! I’m so proud of the FINDING MR CHRISTMAS and to be in the company of all the legends in all these categories is so surreal! Congrats to Hallmark Channel and to our nominated cast and nominated show and everyone who made this magical show possible. This is crazy! This gives FMC 6 Critics Choice nominations in 2 years. Not bad for a little show on Hallmark Channel. What are your thoughts on our show?” Jumping first into the comment thread was one of his new GH co-stars, Dominic Zamprogna (Dante) who expressed, “Yeah buddy!!!🔥🔥”

In the series, Bennett, the host and co-creator spends eight weeks guiding 10 aspiring actors through a series of “festive face-offs” and acting challenges alongside actors like soap opera notables, Hunter King (ex-Summer, Y&R) and Alison Sweeney (Sami, DAYS). Along the way, they develop their skills and a bond with one another. The show, which is available on Hallmark Channel and Hallmark Plus, highlights LGBTQ+ representation with openly gay contestants vying to be the next Hallmark star.

It should be noted that Traitors received the most Critics Choice Real TV Award nominations with 6 nods, followed by Dancing with the Stars with 4.

Bennett is very familiar to daytime fans having started his career as JR Chandler on All My Children in 2000-2001, before landing the part of Aaron Samuels in the motion picture, Mean Girls in 2004 starring Lindsay Lohan, which would become his breakout performance.

‘General Hospital’s’ Kelly Thiebaud on Britt and Cassius Sibling Drama, But Who Will Ultimately Blow His Cover?

Published

By

On the April 30 episode of General Hospital, Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) had some choice words and warning for her brother Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) who has been masquerading as his twin, the very dead, Nathan West.

As the story has unfolded, viewers learned that Britt knew all along that when “Nathan” showed up in Port Charles seemingly resurrected with a missing 7 years of his life unexplained, that Cassius was taking his place.

Now in developments on today’s GH, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is figuring out that this guy pretending to be Nathan is someone else, and Cassius learns from Britt, that Joss is not just a ditzy sorority girl as he claimed, but a WSB agent! The moment stuns Cassius. Are the walls about to close in on him and his charade?

Daytime Emmy winner, Kelly Thiebaud spoke to Soap Opera Digest, about the story point and getting the opportunity this time back at GH to work with Ryan Paevey, when she hadn’t had the chance to before.

BROTHERLY LOVE?

Thiebaud expressed on sharing scenes with Ryan Paevey, “It’s just been so wonderful to have him back and to actually work with him! When he first came onto the show (as Nathan at the end of 2013) I was kind of heading out — it was right towards the end of my contract, so we didn’t actually work together a ton. It’s been really refreshing and so much fun to really spend time together and get to know each other and work together. I think we have really great on-camera chemistry and banter with each other. I really enjoy working with him.”

With the stakes at an all-time, Thiebaud explained how she views her on-screen alter-ego’s involvement with her more hot-to-temper sibling and why Britt revealed the truth about Josslyn to him. “People finding out about Cassius would expose what she’s involved in and what she agreed to do,” explains Kelly “And now Josslyn is digging around, and she’s connected to Carly (Laura Wright) to Jason (Steve Burton) and that whole dynamic! It’s messy!”

BRITT’S MURKY FUTURE

Britt has currently also reached her breaking point with Jason being carted away by the WSB, Rocco (Finn Carr), the child she gave birth to, shooting Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) to protect her and Jason, Marco (Adrian Anchondo) being killed after trying to help her, and Cullum holding over her head getting her Huntington’s disease medication to control her symptoms, while blackmailing her into finishing the research on her father, Cesar Faison’s, final project. Thiebaud summed it up best for Britt right now, sharing, “It’s been a really tough time for her.”

So, who do you think will be the person to blow Cassius’ cover? Will it be Britt herself? Josslyn? Liesl? Brennan? Nina? Lulu? Rocco, Maxie, Cullum or someone else? Let us know your pick in the comment section.
