TONIGHT: Celebrity Wife Swap With GH's Tyler Christopher and Ex-B&B's Ronn Moss!

Daytime TV soap stars Tyler Christopher of ABC’s General Hospital (Nikolas Cassadine) and Ronn Moss, formerly of CBS’s The Bold and the Beautiful (Ex-Ridge Forrester) are featured on tonight’s episode of ABC’s Celebrity Wife Swap (10PMET/PT)!
Tyler Christopher lives in Malibu, California with his wife Brienne and their son Greysun, who is four-years-old. Tyler is a hands-on dad who likes to spend time with his family. Tyler and Brienne are “outdoorsy” people who enjoy exercising and spending numerous hours at the beach. The family also likes to eat healthy with Tyler as head chef in the kitchen, where he weighs every food item the family plans to eat and uses an app to consider the impact of the calories and nutrition on all of them. Greysun is a very picky eater who doesn’t like most foods, causing Tyler and Brianne some frustration when it comes to meal time.
Ronn Moss not only is known to soap audiences, but is also an accomplished musician as a member of the band Player . Today, Ronn lives outside Hollywood, California with his wife Devin. The couple loves to entertain and often hosts friends for formal dinner parties that Devin oversees from start to finish. Ronn and Devin are very romantic and love to show public displays of affection. Ronn also enjoys spoiling his wife and delivers his special signature coffee drink “The Ronnuccino,” shirtless every morning.

So here’s what to look for when the guys swap wives: When Brienne arrives at the Moss estate she is overwhelmed with the size and lavish nature of their home while Devin is surprised by the modest size of the Christopher’s beach house, but even more so, she is distressed about sand in the house and on the furniture. Not a lover of the outdoors, Devin soon learns that she will be heading to the beach with Tyler and Greysun for the afternoon. During the swap, Devin finds herself taking care of an independent toddler whom she feels is in need of some table manners and hires an expert to assist. While back at Ronn’s home, Brienne learns that during the first night of the swap she will be hosting a dinner party for an Italian director and his friends. Completely out of her comfort zone in the kitchen, Brienne is taxed with cooking an Italian dinner and overseeing the party creating some tension in the kitchen.
When it’s time for the women to change things up and set new household rules, they are ready. Devin decides Tyler and his family should have more fun in the kitchen and stops counting calories and gets Greysun to help out with preparing dinner. Meanwhile, Brienne wants to get Ronn outside more and gets him on a tandem bike for an afternoon ride together.
For those who have not seen the series before: Celebrity Wife Swap features two women of celebrity families trading households, lifestyles and children (but not bedrooms) for one week. During that time, the women – and swap families – learn what it is like to live in someone else’s shoes, but everything changes during the second half of the week when the women make their own rules and get the chance to run the household their way. At the end of the week, the couples reunite for a raw, honest and highly-charged exchange of views in which they make frank assessments of one another and discuss the experience.

it is sooo phony and scripted, not real anything haaaa..

We see 48 minutes of it…
what they want us to see which is the same in every show, same stuff..
But, still .. I’ll tune in !!
yeah; I don’t buy the authenticity of it either but i’ll check it out because I like Tyler. although…I hope I still like him after watching…could ruin my, LOL, “viewing pleasure” of GH and Nicolas if I don’t.

they didn’t show us the good stuff that took place through the 7 days/week they spent together..

I NEVER watch reality shows, so I had very low expectations for this one, but it was a nice surprise! I especially enjoyed Ronn and Devin….they are a really cool couple! So nice to see so-called “mature” individuals having such a light-hearted, pleasure-laden and romantic aspect to their relationship…(Note to Ron C….it can be done!) I also loved their gracious, secluded home and the way they were so supportive of each other, yet did their respective things at the same time. I must say that Mrs. Moss was not the loony loose cannon I had thought she might be….she was wonderful with Tyler’s little boy, too. I adored the way she approached him and exposed him to some different habits (table manners and new foods) that he took to like a duck to water. (He was quite the cutie…I strongly preferred him to Nik’s bratty onscreen counterpart of a kid.) Was much less impressed with Mrs. and Mrs. Christopher…although Tyler was a good sport for the most part— despite his rigid dietary and life regimen which I do respect, but consider to be tooo extreme—I found his lady to be a bit of a wet blanket,….I was totally with Ronn when he trashed that tandem bicycle….once of that lame workout was quite enough!!!! (And he won my heart forever when he said that he hated being out in the sun. A man after my own heart!!!! I’m also not a beach person…I loathe summer and spend most of my warm weather time indoors, too!) Anyway, I realize this was a very scripted exercise in fantasy, but considering what I have read of other installments of this show, I chose one of the better ones to view. Having said that, I would also love to see Ronn on GH as someone other than himself in the future….it doesn’t have to be a huge or heavy role, just a brief appearance….he has a great sense of fun about himself and watching him just being Ronn Moss made me miss him, even though I gave up on B&B eons ago!

I don’t think he was a “d bag”…I just think he’s rather controlled…though tried to let loose.

GENERAL HOSPITAL Preview: Serena Sets Her Sights on Michael; Jason’s Emotional Exit from the Mob
This week on all-new episodes of General Hospital, new and old motivations come into play with dangerous consequences. According to the just released GH video spoilers video for the week of August 3-7, a bailiff calls out, “All rise!”
Now it’s Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) vs. Curtis (Donnell Turner), as the surgeon is suing the owner of the Savoy for assault that ruined is ability to operate. At the end of the day, which of these men has enough evidence against the other? Portia (Brook Kerr) is by Isaiah’s side, while Jordan (Tanisha Harper) is with Curtis.
Next, Lucy (Lynn Herring) has a plan to get the controlling shares of Deception away from Michael (Rory Gibson). She wants her daughter, Serena (Kelly Kruger) to seduce Michael. She tells her, “Pick out your most seductive suit.” Soon, we see Serena in her bathing suit at the Metro Court face to face with Michael.
Later, there is a small baggie containing three blue pills. Nina (Cynthia Watros) ask Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), “What did you do?” We also see Michael asking the same thing of Jacinda (Paige Herschell). Leading into this week, viewers know that Willow doesn’t want the former escort anywhere near her children, Amelia and Wiley. Is this how she stops her, or is Jacinda up to old tricks and wants to frame Willow? Remember when Jacindsa drugged Drew (Cameron Mathison)? Stay tuned.
Finally, in the pick-up from last Friday’s cliffhanger, an emotional Jason (Steve Burton) continues to tell Sonny (Maurice Benard) that he cannot work for him anymore. Sonny ask, “So that’s it? You’re Out?” We fade to black.

Vincent Pastore of ‘Sopranos’ Fame and ‘General Hospital’s’ Maximus Giambetti Dies at 80
Vincent Pastore, best known for his memorable role as Salvatore “Big Pussy” Bonpensiero on HBO’s The Sopranos has passed away.
The veteran actor was found dead on August 1st in his home in the Bronx, New York. Pastore was 80-years-old. The cause of death is yet to be determined.
As well as his role on The Sopranos, many soap fans will recall he played multiple smaller roles on the beloved One Life to Live from 1995 and 2004. However, in 2008, he landed the short-term role as Maximus Giambetti on General Hospital.
PASTORE WANTED TO BE ON GENERAL HOSPITAL
Maximus was the mobster father of Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) bodyguards: Max (Derk Cheetwood) and Milo (Drew Cheetwood)
According to Soap Opera Digest, Pastore told Soaps In Depth back in 2009, after appearing in a SOAPnet promotional campaign as a celebrity fan of General Hospital: “‘I’d love to be on the show. So they called up GH’s casting director (Mark Teschner) and Bobby (Robert Guza Jr. ex-head writer, GH) and they wrote me in!”
Pastore was a huge General Hospital fan from way back, who at one point told producers that he would watch the ABC soap opera while working in bars and nightclubs in the 70s and 80s.
Throughout his decades long career, Pastore appeared in films including: Goodfellas, Carlito’s Way and Men of Respect, The Jerky Boys: The Movie and the 1996 HBO TV movie Gotti.
In TV, besides The Sopranos, Pastore’s credits included: Law & Order, The Practice, Son of the Beach, Queens Supreme, Hawaii Five-0, Wu-Tang: An American Saga, plus the miniseries The Last Don II. Most recently, Vincent was a series regular on Gravesend and guest starred on Yellowjackets.
Pastore is survived by his daughter, Renee, son-in-law and granddaughter.
