As Deacon speaks at the AA meeting, Nikki feels his eyes on her as she maintains her gaze straight ahead. Meanwhile, Billy comes back to the magazine and finds Victoria in pain. She tries to stay calm as he helps her call the doctor and they both fear for the baby. Later, Victoria tries to keep Billy calm while they wait for the doctor and hope for the best.  Jack meets with Abby and tells her that he thinks he found a way to make sure she wins her lawsuit as Abby is leaving she and Jack cross with Adam and Skye who are arguing about Billy and Jack wonders what is going on. Skye sends Adam away so she can have a moment alone with Jack and Jack tells her about overhearing Adam’s threats last night. Skye kisses Jack passionately, telling him that she can handle Adam. Upstairs, Adam makes a final plea to Skye to see everything that is going on is a ploy to bring him down propagated by Victor but when Malcolm shows up at their door Skye lets him in. Meanwhile, Heather meets with Victor to tell him that she may have useful information about Skye. Later, as Skye prepares for her photo shoot, she dressed scantily clad in nothing but a bra, panties and a man’s dress shirt and Adam is certain he has seen enough but when Skye “asks” him to stay he knows he doesn’t have a choice.

Heather tells Victor about Skye’s arrangement with the Judge in Sao Paolo and that once she left Brazil the Judge suddenly disappeared along with a large sum of money. Heather and Victor realize that they just need to make Skye chose between herself and Adam. Meanwhile, Jack shows Abby that Victor has been using her trust to pay his SEC fines from the Japanese bribery and thus breaching his fiduciary duties. At the doctor’s office, Billy and Victoria are crushed when the doctor tells them that their baby no longer has a heartbeat. Later, Nikki comes to see Billy and Victoria after learning about the baby and both Nikki and Billy are stopped in their tracks when they hear that Victoria and the baby went into distress after an argument with Victoria at the magazine. Meanwhile, Jack pushes Abby to take back what is rightfully hers. Heather confronts Skye and Adam about her suspicions that Skye was involved with The Judge’s disappearance. Skye and Adam play dumb but Heather knows that they are lying and the minute they are alone, Adam turns on Skye. Later, Adam tells Skye that they are going to use her to come after him and Skye makes it clear that he had better hope they don’t find anything. Nikki admits to Victoria that Victor has gone too far this time and he and Victoria won’t be able to find their way back to each now, not after this. Victoria assures Nikki that she is strong and will get through this. Meanwhile, Billy confronts Victor about her fight with Victoria and tells him that she lost their baby. Billy takes his anger and pain out on Victor and tells him to stop punishing Victoria for choosing to be with him. Alone, Victor immediately calls Victoria but she ignores his call. Meanwhile, Nikki slides onto a stool at Gloworm while Deacon is working and Deacon pours her a drinking, daring her to drink or fight to stay sober. Later, Billy comes home and finally wraps his wife in his arms. Nikki finally manages to win a single battle with alcohol with Deacon’s help, wanted or not.  Abby decides to serve Victor herself, telling him that after everything that has happened with Victor she is done playing by his rules. Meanwhile, Jack calls Tucker to tell him that Abby is back on board.

Chris tells Ronan that she is headed back to D.C. today but before she goes she wants Ronan’s assurance that he will connect will Nina. Ronan sees Nina and Phillip arrive and above Chris’s objections decides to leave. Nina and Phillip see Chris just as Paul arrives and they all have a rather awkward encounter due to the secrets they are keeping. As Paul moves off, Nina tells Chris they she and Paul broke up and Chris informs them that she is leaving for D.C. today but that Ronan is back in town.  Cane returns home and panics when Lily tells him about the steaks. He can’t hide his reaction from her and tells her to throw them all out. Cane comes up with a fast lie, saying that he heard a rumor about a new strain of mad cow and he would rather be safe than sorry. Mac and J.T. debate over whether or not Mac is pregnant until Mac decides to excuse herself and go take the test. Meanwhile, as Victoria and Billy try to deal with what they’ve lost, Victor arrives wanting to see Victoria. Victoria tells Billy to let him in and Billy reluctantly relents. Victor apologizes for Victoria’s loss and the two take a tiny step closer to reconciliation. Later, Mac and J.T. are thrilled when they find out that they are going to have a baby.

Abby runs into Michael at the coffeehouse and tells him about deciding to reopen the lawsuit against Victor and it’s clear from the way she is talking that someone is feeding her lines. Abby tells Michael he should advise Victor to settle because she won’t lose this time. Chris urges Nina to let Ronan come to her but Nina takes Chris’s advice the wrong way and snaps at her. Nina realizes that Chris thinks she may push Ronan too hard too fast and it will end up driving him away. Nina attacks Chris for every pain she is feeling right now but Chris reminds her that she is the best mother Chris knows for protecting Chance and keeping his secret. Chris pushes Nina to go back to Paul and continue to be the mother she is. Nina can’t let Chris off the hook and leaves just as Michael arrives wanting to know why Chris is avoiding him.  Billy shows up at Cane and Lily’s at the same time as Mac and hears that she is off caffeine and wonders if she is pregnant just as Lily opens the door and hears the news. Lily and Mac are thrilled which makes it impossible for Billy to tell them his bad news. Meanwhile, Victoria is maintaining a civil conversation with Victor until he switches gears and tells her that now that she is no longer pregnant he can help get her out of this marriage. Victoria stays calm as she tells Victor to get out of her home. As Abby is approaching the house she sees Victor leaving and hides, panicking. After Victor is gone she rushes into the house and Victoria sees the distress Abby is in and comforts her little sister. Later, Billy is forced to burst Mac and Lily’s “happy-baby-bubble” when he tells them about Victoria’s miscarriage.

Paul asks J.T. to consider becoming a cop and reminding Genoa City what “to protect and serve” really means. Ronan arrives and he and J.T. sit down and decide to talk. Meanwhile, Cane meets with Phillip and tells him about the steaks and they realize they are from Desmond. Phillip tells Cane to keep an eye on Lily while he gets back to Australia and tries to smooth things over. Later, Chris admits to Michael that she had too many secrets before but Michael tells her that they will always be friends and Chris is grateful. Meanwhile, Cane freaks out when he receives a DVD of surveillance footage of someone watching Lily.  Mac gets Billy to open up about how he is feeling for both losing the baby and how much it hurts him to see Victoria hurting. Meanwhile, Abby tells Victoria about her case and Victoria offers her help. Later, J.T. tells Mac about the possibility of him joining the force. Meanwhile, Billy comes home to see Abby and Victoria plotting. Victoria tells him that Abby is suing Victor again and Victoria is helping him and Billy realizes that this means war. Chris sets up Nina and Paul to meet at the coffeehouse and it works. They end up talking and gradually find their way back as Chris watches from afar.

Phyllis and Jack are talking at the coffeehouse when Skye arrives and Phyllis notices that she is flirting with Jack and wonders what is going on. Meanwhile, Adam shows up at the ranch telling Sharon that he needs to see her. Later, Phyllis realizes that Jack is sleeping with the enemy and warns him what a bad idea that could end up being just as Billy walks in fluster and asks if anyone wants to buy his magazine. At the ranch, Adam opens up to Sharon about Skye, about their past, their marriage and about hating her now. He asks her not to push him away when he needs her. Nina is thrilled when Ronan shows up at the Chancellor estate. Nina is slammed however when Ronan tells her he is there to give her Chance’s belongings from the police station. Nina asks him to stay but Ronan warns her not to get her hopes up about a relationship. Later, Ronan tells her that he isn’t ready for a relationship so Nina tries to give him space. She starts going through Chance’s things and finds her book with notes in the margins and realizes that Chance was trying to find his brother.

Chloe is shocked when she shows up at the coffeehouse and Kevin is orange. He admits that he hooked up with Alison, the spray tan girl, and watches Chloe for her reaction but to his dismay Chloe is thrilled for him. Later, Daniel brings Jana into the coffeehouse as Kevin and Chloe are talking about Alison and Jana is stung to hear that Kevin is dating. Jana asks Chloe if she is bringing Delia to Tiny Tots today and Kevin is thrown to hear that Jana is working there. Alone, Jana apologizes to Kevin again for everything that has happened between them and tells him that getting the job at Delia’s school was a coincidence. Jana tells him she is moving on and that hands him their divorce papers, telling him that they have been filed. They are officially divorced. Daniel tells Chloe that he believes it is impossible for guys and girls to just be friends. Kevin and Jana say goodbye and Kevin joins Daniel. Daniel notices Kevin watching Chloe who is with Billy and wonders if Kevin is pining for her. Kevin denies it, saying they are just friends but Daniel isn’t so sure. Later, as Nina and Ronan slowly grow closer, Chloe is furious when she arrives to see him in Chance’s home. Nina, however, defends Ronan but Chloe tells them both that she will never be able to forgive him for what he did to Chance. Billy tells Jack and Phyllis about the miscarriage and they encourage him not to give up. He tells them that he is just swamped at the magazine right now and Phyllis offers to let him hire her back. Billy agrees to hire Phyllis back as his editor in chief. Later, as Billy is showing Phyllis the new cover, he mentions that he wishes he could have spiced up the cover story. Phyllis offers up the little tidbit about Jack sleeping with Skye and Billy nearly chokes on his coffee. Meanwhile, Skye tells Jack that no one can find out about their affair. At Gloworm, Kevin takes one look at the books and realizes that Jeff has been laundering money and busts Jeff. Meanwhile, things get strange when Jana shows up to work dressed exactly like Chloe. Later, when Gloria gives Kevin a hard time for being Chloe’s sidekick, Kevin agrees to help Jeff continue his business and keep it from Gloria. Sharon tells Adam there may be a way for him to leave Skye but before they can get into it, Noah calls and Adam deflates. Meanwhile, Phyllis and Billy plan to change the entire cover. Later, Adam moves to comfort Faith when she starts to cry and Sharon panics. She tells Adam that tomorrow is Faith’s birthday, one year since he took Faith from her and tells Adam to get out and stay away from them.

As Restless Style is about to hit stands, Phyllis and Billy give Jack a heads up about the cover story and although he isn’t furious he isn’t thrilled either. Meanwhile, as Skye meets with investors she continues to be clueless and over-confident about her cover. Later, Skye starts to panic when Jack shows her the new cover story that exposes her affair with Jack and tells her that Phyllis is the new editor of RS. As Victoria and Abby finish signing the documents for the lawsuit against Victor, Nick shows up with Noah and Faith. Nick tells them that today is Faith’s first birthday and he hopes that they will come to her party even with everything going on with Victor. Meanwhile, Sharon asks Ashley to come to Faith’s first birthday. Later, Jana drops Reed off at Sharon’s after school for Faith’s party and Nick invites her to stay for the party. Vance advises Adam to keep Skye happy to tell him he has nothing to worry about with the D.A. reopening his case. At the coffeehouse, Adam and Vance run into Ashley and Sharon and Vance tries to drag Adam away as he asks for Sharon’s forgiveness. Skye storms into Restless Style and demands that Billy and Phyllis pull the article on her immediately. Meanwhile, Vance tells Adam to keep his apologizes to himself because Ashley and Sharon will hang him out to dry if given the chance. Later, Skye threatens to sue Billy but Billy calls her bluff. Billy and Phyllis decide to celebrate when their article garners huge press. Sharon arrives home and avoids telling Nick about her run-in with Adam but instead holds Faith close. Noah tells them to enjoy the family together while they can because you know what’s coming next with this family. Meanwhile, Abby runs into Victor outside of Sharon’s and he tells her to consider what her lawsuit is doing to their family and Abby blasts him back just as Ashley arrives to overhear them. As Ashley greets Faith, Victor continues in on Abby. Later, Sharon and Nick help their little girl celebrate her first birthday with their family. Abby tries to talk to Victor later, but he tells her that the money in her trust is his money he left for her when he felt she was ready but she clearly isn’t. Victoria comes to Abby’s defense telling Victor that she is joining Abby’s lawsuit. Nick and Sharon are hurt and disappointed when Victoria and Victor can’t put aside their differences for one day to celebrate Faith. Skye confronts Jack about telling Phyllis about their affair. Meanwhile, Victoria shows up at the magazine and tells Billy about her fight with Victor and that Nick may never speak to her again for ruining Faith’s party. Billy consoles her as Phyllis enters and tells her that they have been celebrating their newest cover story, which Victoria will love. Later, Jack has to control his thrill when Ashley tells him that Victoria has joined Abby’s lawsuit against Victor. Meanwhile, Abby brings Vance Victoria’s signed papers for the lawsuit and Vance realizes that having Victoria on board may help their chances of winning hugely. Nikki and Ashley fear that Victor may lose both of his daughters. Meanwhile, Sharon tells Nick about her run-in with Adam and that he tried to apologize again. Sharon promises Nick that she will stay away from Adam and move on. After reading the article, Victoria joins Billy and Phyllis’s celebration. Later, Skye shows Adam the article and tells her it’s her mess and she’d better handle it. Meanwhile, Sharon and Nick slowly find their way back to one another as they watch Faith sleep.

Skye pleads with Adam to continue to play the doting husband for the hedge fund but Adam isn’t moved by her plea. Meanwhile, Jack intervenes when he finds Phyllis and Sharon at the coffeehouse at to claw each other’s eyes out over Restless Style’s newest issue. Later, Skye falls on her sword and admits that she was wrong. She begs Adam not to walk away and let everything they have worked for fall apart. At the coffeehouse, something Sharon says about Skye and Adam’s relationship rubs Phyllis the wrong way. Jack meets with Vance and they both are thrilled at the prospect of watching Victor lose everything when they beat him in court with Abby and Victoria’s lawsuit. Meanwhile, Nikki and Michael warn Victor what he stands to lose if he goes to war with Victoria and Abby and it is a lot more than money but Victor refuses to back down. Victoria meets with Nick and he asks her what this lawsuit is really about for her and she tells him that she needs to get away from Victor once and for all. Victoria asks Nick to join their lawsuit. Nick refuses to stand with Victoria and Abby against Victor, even after Victoria and Abby remind him of everything they have had to go through because of Victor. Later, Victoria and Abby’s jaws hit the floor when they see how much Vance plans to sue Victor for. Michael gets a text from Vance and tells Victor that the girls are suing him for three billion dollars. Adam and Skye put on a very convincing show for their investors just as Sharon arrives to witness the entire thing. Nick arrives and sees Adam and Skye’s show and Sharon warns him about the newest article in RS. Later, Nick notices that Sharon is distracted and offers to take their food to go which she happily accepts. Adam notices that they are leaving and isn’t happy about it but tries to keep his attention on his wife and their investors. Vance tells Abby and Victoria that this is how the game is played and hopefully now Victor will consider settling just as Victor shows up at Victoria’s demanding to know if his daughters have lost their minds. Meanwhile, Meggie watches pleased, as Nikki orders a vodka tonic at Gloworm. Later, Deacon shows up at Gloworm and sees Nikki drinking. He tries to talk to her but Nikki isn’t interested in his well-meaning advice. Meanwhile, Victoria and Abby hold their ground with Victor and Victor warns them that whatever happens next they brought it on themselves. Jack and Phyllis end up back at her penthouse celebrating with champagne and the moment is charged with their chemistry as the two continue to flirt. Just as they are about to give into their urges Phyllis stops it and Jack says good night. Meanwhile, Adam tells Skye that to the outside world they are loving couple but in private she better keep her hands to herself. Later, as Nick is leaving Sharon’s after a great afternoon he kisses her sweetly and asks her to go the Harvest Festival with him as his date. Jack returns to Phyllis’s and out of nowhere grabs her and kisses her fiercely as they start to make love. Deacon finds Nikki on her third drink and asks her what caused her to drink. Thinking irrationally, she tells him that he was the reason because he blew up Victoria’s marriage and set everything into motion. Nikki goes to leave but Deacon refuses to let her drive. Meanwhile, Victoria tells Abby that they have to remind that from here on out they are in this together until the end. Later, Victor tells Michael that they will fight Victoria and Abby and win because he will not take Newman public, ever. Moments later, Deacon arrives home with Nikki and sneaks her upstairs but not without Meggie seeing her and knowing that she is drunk.

General Hospital

GENERAL HOSPITAL: Marcus Learns He’s Not Trina’s Biological Father

On Wednesday’s episode of General Hospital, Trina (Tabyana Ali) opened the DNA test results that would conclude who is her actual bio-dad. Would it be the man who raised her, Taggert (Réal Andrews) or, the man she more recently has come to know, Curtis (Donnell Turner)?

At GH, Marcus, Curtis and Portia (Brook Kerr) gather to learn the results.  It turns out that Curtis is Trina’s biological father, not Marcus.

However, are these results, correct? Are DNA results ever correct on soaps? Did Selina Wu (Lydia Look) have something to do with switching these in favor of Curtis? Are we digging into this too much?

After the revelation, Trina tells Curtis. they will need to take some time need to figure out their relationship.  Trina makes it clear she’s not looking for a replacement father, and hopes he can understand and accept that.  Curtis promises he will let Trina take the lead on things.

Meanwhile, Taggert, who promised Trina no matter what happens that nothing will change between them, decides to take off and breaks down in the elevator.  Marcus is devastated and in tears, and is left using the elevator as a punching bag for his fists.

You can watch the final moments of the scene, featuring a heart-tugging performance by Réal Andrews below.

Now let us know, are you glad Trina’s bio-dad turned out to be Curtis and not Marcus … or were you hoping it would turn out the other way around? Share your thoughts in the comment section.

THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL: Hope is Drowning in a River of Denial Over Thomas: “Is it so Wrong to Admit I’m Human?”

Tuesday’s episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, brought Hope (Annika Noelle) more confrontations on the matter of her feelings for Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson).

First, after telling Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) off for going to her husband, Liam (Scott Clifton), about her suspicions that she has feelings for her brother, Hope then had to contend with her mother, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang).

When Brooke comes to Hope’s design office, after receiving a text from her daughter, Hope launches into how Steffy is back at interfering in her marriage. Hope goes on and on about how Steffy is planting seeds of doubt with her husband, who was blindsided to hear she has feelings for his arch-enemy, Thomas.  When Brooke learns what prompted Steffy to say such things to Liam, Brooke asks, “Is there any validity to this? Have you developed feelings for Thomas?”  From that point on, Hope is talking herself, and to her mother, in circles.

Courtesy/CBS

Hope claims she doesn’t want anything more from Thomas than to be co-parents, designing co-workers, and friends.  However, she then takes a pause, and tells her mom, “Is it so wrong to admit that I’m human?” Brooke wonders, “What does that mean?”  It is then, that Hope admits that she thinks Thomas is good-looking and funny, and that after all, they do spend 14 hours a day working together.

When Brooke pushes her on this, Hope tries to underplay it by admitting, “I felt a little something.” A shocked Brooke says, “For Thomas?! It’s not nothing!” Then, Hope, who is drowning in the river of denial, claims she wouldn’t cross the line with Thomas … that she is happily married, and she’s in control.  She just wished Steffy would have kept her big mouth shut.

Photo: Gilles Toucas/Bell-Phillip TV

However, the more Hope says to Brooke, the more her mother realizes that Hope is struggling with her true feelings for Thomas.  Hope in tears says, “Liam is the love of my life.”  Hmm. We think, the lady doth protest too much.

Photo: CBS

No matter how Hope tries to fool herself, or say the words out loud, that is clearly not how she feels.  Hope wants Thomas, and now the question is … just when and how will her affair with Thomas begin?  Throughout the scenes, Annika Noelle played them to perfection, even though many viewers are quite annoyed with Hope at this point.

So, what do think should happen next? Clearly, Hope wants to think she can keep her feelings for Thomas under wraps when she can’t.  Share your thoughts in the comment section.

AEW ‘Double or Nothing’ 2023: MJF Retains, Takeshita Turns Heel, Kris Statlander and Toni Storm New Title Holders

Sunday’s AEW Double or Nothing live on pay-per-view emanating, once again, from Las Vegas, had a stacked double main event, which saved the show after a lackluster beginning.

There were some title changes, major spots, a heel turn, blood and guts and tables, that kept it entertaining for AEW wrestling fans.

Let’s break down some of the key matches:

MJF vs. Darby Allin vs Jack Perry vs, Sammy Guevera – The Four Pillars four-way for the AEW Championship

Photo: AEW

AEW has developed these four wrestlers and more into stars in their own right. When the bell rang, all four delivered high-flying maneuvers with clever storytelling along the way. Selling their in-ring personas, mixed with real-life emotion.

Guevera is still, to us, the one with the most exciting moves, while MJF stands as the complete package, getting the fans riled up, while showing his in-ring prowess. Allin is one of the hardest working wrestlers out there and ‘Jungle Boy’ Jack Perry has come so far.

In a key moment in the bout, when Perry had the championship belt in hand and could have ‘legally’ used it on Allin to secure the victory, in a moment of conflicted emotion, tossed it out of the ring.

That allowed MJF to eventually plant the world championship belt on Perry’s chest while Allin went for his signature ‘coffin drop’ off the top rope ring corner. However, Allin landed on the belt in pain. That opened the door for MJF to seize the opportunity to secure the win with a head-lock takeover to retain the title.

Tay Conti and Sammy Guevera Expecting a Baby

Before the match, Tay Conti and Guevera emerged on the entrance ramp.  Sammy brought along his old gimmick of poster boards with messages on them.  The surprise message was for all of AEW and the fans in attendance.  Conti and Guevera, who are married in real life, revealed that Conti is pregnant with their fist child!

The Blackpool Combat Club vs. The Elite – Anarchy in the Arena

Photo: AEW

Imagine a wrestling match all over the T-Mobile Arena going down while a band plays The Troggs, “Wild Thing” the entire time! That’s what happened during the capper to Double or Nothing.  AEW fans know that Jon Moxley’s entrance theme song is that track.  So, this year, why not play it live? The lead singer wore a disturbing black mask, where he eventually received a boot to the head from The Elite for his troubles of aligning himself with the BCC.

This match (if you can call it that) was literally all over the arena and in the parking lot.  Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta, Bryan Danielson and Claudio Castagnoli vs. Kenny Omega, ‘Hangman’ Adam Page, Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson brought out the barbed wire, forks, screwdrivers, tables, thumbtacks, and anything else you could find lying around the arena or under the ring, as weapons.

It finally came to a conclusion when Omega’s trader-of-a-former manager, Don Callis, distracted Kenny Omega and his new protégé Konosuke Takeshita emerged disguised as a camera man and kicked and attacked Omega.  Next, Yuta hit Omega with the actual screwdriver (the latest favorite weapon of the BCC) and pinned Kenny.

Now, questions remain. Are Callis and Takeshita aligned with the BCC? Why did Takeshita who was a fan favorite turn heel? With the Forbidden Door pay-per-view coming up shortly, it would seem this turn was to infuse a main event featuring Omega and a few of his friends! After the show went off the air Kenny previewed he may have one or two buddies on the way to help him out.

Jade Cargill vs. Taya Valkyrie – Jade Cargill vs. Kris Statlander

Photo: AEW

The best ring entrance of the night belonged to Cargill. The Women’s TBS Champion came down to the ring accompanied by a performance by Big Boss Vette of her track ‘Pretty Girls Walk’.  Along with her A.K.A. sorority sisters, Cargill also busted out some dance moves.

Putting her amazing 60-0 streak on the line, many thought Taya Valkyrie who has the size and the moves to give Cargill a run for her money, would win the title on her second attempt against Jade. That was not meant to be.  Cargill pinned Valkyrie. Then, getting too big for their britches, Jade’s manager, Mark Sterling took to the mic and offered up an open challenge.  Shocking everyone, Kris Statlander came out from the back and ran in the ring and quickly defeated Cargill to win the belt.  It should be noted, Statlander was out of commission from her ACL surgery, following a previous surgery on her other knee.  The crowd went nuts. Cargill was an outstanding champion though, by her own design.  What a great story to have Statlander comeback and win a title! She shared her emotions and emotional story during the AEW post show media scrum.

Toni Storm vs. Jamie Hayter

Photo: AEW

We kind of saw this one coming, did you? AEW Women’s champion, Jamie Hayter, was obviously hurt, so taking the belt off of her to heal up was the move … but, this also seem to be the move to have Hayter win back the belt in front of her hometown crowd in August when AEW has its first live show in London, England at Wembley Stadium.

In the storyline, Toni Storm, who previously held the belt as ‘interim champ” when she was a babyface, defeated Hayter. Her win comes with the help of her bff’s The Outcasts (Saraya and Ruby Soho).  During the post-show media scrum, Storm stayed in character, defiant, and related how this title reign will be much different than when she was more innocent and let people walk all over her.

Chris Jericho vs. Adam Cole

Courtesy/AEW

The worst match of the night, unfortunately, belonged to Chris Jericho and Adam Cole in their unsanctioned duel. The crowd was dead during it, the action just felt forced, Sabu’s appearance was useless, and all of it led to a fireball in the face to some guy in the back post-match, setting up a mixed tag match for Jericho and Saraya vs. Cole and Britt Baker D.M.D, this week on Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite.

In Other Bouts …

Courtesy/AEW

Orange Cassidy finished off Swerve Stickland to retain his AEW International Championship in a 21-man battle royale,

FTR defeated Jeff Jarrett and Jay Lethal to retain the AEW Tag Team belts after special referee Mark Briscoe had enough of Double J’s antics.

The House of Black retained their Trios championship titles against the The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn.

Wardlow defeated Christian Cage to retain the TNT championship.

So, what did you think about the double main event at Double or Nothing 2023? What are your thoughts on who kept their titles and who was crowned new champs? What was the best and worst part of the PPV? Share your thoughts in the comment section below.
