Michael Corbett Returns to The Bold and the Beautiful

Viewers of The Bold and the Beautiful knew there would be more to the story of how Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) so easily got off the hook from Judge Evan Scott during her hearing on the CBS soap opera. That hearing, set Sheila free from jail and back into the lives of the Forresters and company.

Now, according to Soap Opera Digest, The Bold and the Beautiful is set to bring back Michael Corbett as Evan Scott.

Corbett, best known for his memorable portrayal of villain David Kimble on The Young and the Restless (1986-1991), last appeared as the Judge presiding over Sheila’s criminal case back on the July 24th episode of The Bold and the Beautiful.

SOD teased that when Evan shows back up on your screens, ‘a secret alliance’ will be revealed.

No stranger to daytime, Michael also previously appeared on Search for Tomorrow and Ryan’s Hope.

Soap Opera News first shared the casting news.

So, do you think Evan and Sheila were in cahoots all along, or is someone else pulling the strings? In a twist, could it have been Sheila’s bio-son, Finn, or someone else blackmailing the Judge to get Sheila released from her prison term? Share your thoughts in the comment section below.

Hmm. Why do I think it’s Jack, Finns adopted father who Sheila summoned to prison asking for his help.

Jack is Finn’s bio dad who kept it a secret and “adopted” his real son with his wife, Li.

Deacon? He may have something on the Judge? Does he change his mind to save his relationship with Hope and the restaurant, since he is finally respected? Does he have enough on Sheila to put her away with all her confessions to him. Was his apartment wired? More than once he has brought up that she shot Steffy and Finn. She always acknowledges it. Albeit…Mostly followed by it was an accident. Could be him.

I agree, she may have something else on him from back in the day.

I believe it was Jack (Finns dad) who got the judge 2 release Sheila from prison….Y I don’t know……Sheila ruined his marriage 2 Li & caused Finn 2 B angry with him! But I have a question hopefully someone will answer…..Wasn’t the F.B.I. part of Bills & Ridges plan 2 “Get Sheila” weren’t they the ones having her followed, weren’t they the ones running the cameras @ Bills house……Didn’t both Bill & Ridge introduce the guy as “Agent So & So…..I mean the set up was very extreme & professional….Wouldn’t an F.B.I. agent know if what he was doing was legal or not? It seems 2 me the set up was 2 professionally done 2 not B done legally! Some things has got B up with the judge!

Just seems to go round in circles. Bout time for Shiela to disappear again.

Maybe Li will take Sheila out, for her son’s happiness.

I think that it might be the prison guard that always found a way out for Shelia. Even facing prison time himself.

Nope….Deacon got her off from prison time. The judge is an old buddy of Deacon’s. They go way back.

Oh so Deacon has pulled with a judge but could not get himself out of jail come on B&B we have got to get off this Sheila Carter kick I am so sick of this storyline she need to go torment somebody else somewhere else and not Y&R SO SICK OF THIS WE NEED NEW ACTORS PLEASE…

I agree time for Sheila to go. Always tormenting someone. Let Lauren be Finns bio mother. PLEASE!

I think this is all to do with stealing babies. They need to find out who is the top doctor or nurse who has been doing this for years both in bold and the beautiful and young and the restless

I think he’s a blast from Shelia past from y&r maybe David’s back?

David worked at Jabot and conned Nina after Phillip was killed but wasn’t. He married her to get her money and I can’t remember all that happened except he tried to have plastic surgery done to change his face but it backfired and the guy carved KILLER in his forehead!!

Deacon owed a favor from judge
