The holidays are here and if you are a Disney, stop-motion, or Y&R fan, you might want to check out a new set of upcoming shorts airing next week for the entire family.

Real-life couple Camryn Grimes (Mariah, The Young and the Restless) and voice actor Brock Powell, are reprising their roles as Santa and Mrs. Claus in Mickey’s Christmas Tales.

Picking up where last year’s Mickey Saves Christmas special, in which they also played everyone’s favorite couple from the North Pole, Mickey’s Christmas Tales jump back into more stop-motion story with Mickey, Minnie and the gang along with Santa, Mrs. Claus and everyone’s favorite baby reindeer, Jingle and Jolly.

A self-admitted longtime Disney fan, Grimes was thrilled to be branching out into the world of voiceover acting in addition to her on-screen acting role on Y&R.  She also voices roles on Disney’s Hamster and Gretel.

Grimes fiance’ Brock Powell is a voice-over artist who specializes in animation, creature sounds and classic cartoon soundalikes. The Mariah and Tess story is beyond boring..

I FF to save viewing time..

The only good Y&R offers are

– Tucker and Adam ..

Y&R has become empty of interesting and exciting stories, it’s bland and stupid lol.

How it remains #1 is a joke..

I would like more of Tucker and Adam ..

I’m happy for Camryn:) Bringing a new life into this crazy world is a difficult challenge but it does provide a lot of hopeful our future.

I was actually hoping that we would be seeing Ian Ward returning with all of the mystery behind the Nikki kidnapping and Claire and Aunt Jordan. But if Mariah will be phased out for maternity leave during the Spring episodes, then that probably will not happen.

Christel/Lily is also about to pop, so will be interesting to see how the writers provide her with maternity leave as well.

But at least we finally have some mystery on Y and R. Just hope it does not all fizzle…

Hope everyone enjoyed the flashback episode on Y and R. Heather Tom was sooo young!

“Not only was AW a job filled with people I loved and adored, but it led me to my husband, my child, and our family, Judi shared. “One of my greatest joys was having my Austin play my son, Dante Carlino; a treasured memory l have frozen in time forever, one that I wanted to share a piece of with all of you today,” stated Evans.

The Daytime Emmy-winning star concluded with,”There are no parameters on being a mother… of providing love, comfort, safety, and joy to those around you. Here’s to all the forever mothers ♥️”
