‘Dr. Oz Show’ Taken Off the Air in NY and PA Due to Senate Run; Daphne Oz ‘The Good Dish’ to Fill Time Slot

In the past, TV stars who became political candidates had to leave their TV shows. Pat Robertson ran for President in 1988, so he brought his kid in to run the 700 Club. Pat Buchanan ran a couple of times and took a leave of absence from CNN’s Crossfire, which he was hosting at the time. Of course neither of those guys were successful, so they went back to their old gigs after primary season. Oz should do the same. It’s not like he needs the money or anything. I try not to think about Dr. Oz. And Pennsylvania deserves far better than the likes of him.
I stopped watching Dr. Quack after he plied one too many magic potions. I think he’s a charlatan. Then he joined in with other Dr Quacks claiming the orange obese one was a physical specimen of perfection. Long ago he sacrificed his medical integrity for the all mighty dollar.
Most interesting that he doesn’t even live in PA. He did use his in-laws address there to vote (how is that even legal?).
Sadly he’s not the first to do that. Mitt Romney had issues in past election cycles deciding which state he would register to vote in, since he had mansions in half a dozen states. And none of them were in Utah, at the time that he decided to run for an open Senate seat there.
