I wish GH did the same instead of the more recent ones..how about some from the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s, that are available..i know much of the 70s is missing i once read but there is so many still out there,,,days should do the same-they do have all of their in their archives!!!

Totally agree about GH. but Days doesn’t have to. While GH and Y&R are only like a month behind…Days is six months. SO its going to take them six months to catch up and hopfully by then things will be up and running. With the other 2…IF things don”t go back up…they will be running reruns all the time starting in early May.

If you have a chance to see this episode please do the costumes alone are worth the viewing !

Since Josh Griffith has only ‘ penned ‘ conversations in his 1 year at the helm, atleast make the family table, coffee shop conversations intresting and not repitive:
Paging Dr Olivia Winters to check in on son Nate jr
Calling Nina Webster to check in on son Chance
Calling Mia Rosales to slap some sense into sis in law Lola to play dirty and fight for your man Kyle
Sending in any job recruiter to hire Theo, Abby, and Tessa away from genoa city!!
Calling a acting coach to sit Michelle Stafford and teach her to tone down the theatrics. Overkill..
And on the real begging any cbs upper brass to smell the coffee and wake the fans of this dismal excuse of a soap and hire a real hw and fire Josh Griffith!
The throwbacks are the only episode
worth watching during the week here folks. Y n r team in charge pay attention and take notes. This is y n r at its finest.#joshgriffithplsstayhomepermanetly

As you know Damien, I am right with you…THANKS for wanting the real Y&R back.

Thanx Kevin,
Just seeing Kristoff and Tanya smiling like that gives me hope that the worst is behind us with this show! When this crisis is over im confident once production starts back we will have a new headwriter with vision!

YOU are WELCOME Damien…I only was able to see the first 30 mins of the classic show for news break of reopening the state…anyway HOPE is all we have at this time for Y&R and I sure hope that CBS/SONY see’s that Y&R does need a new headwriter with vision…

Y&R giving true classics while GH gives episodes from 2018

Y-A-Y!!!!! BRING ON THE MEMORIES!!!!!

I’ve mentioned this on a few occasions…ABC give us a “remember when” real flashback….Loving premiered in 1983…DisneyABC should have the tapes. Rebroadcast. Or vintage Peyton Place episodes. Marketing needs to put their thinking caps on & take advantage of viewers home. Revisit the mistakes and/or foolish cancellations. Ughhh. No SoapNet…use the platforms in place. Golden Opportunity for all traditional networks go into your vaults. We want to feel comfort, sense of another time in this crazy world. The salary some executives make…we need creativity ABC/NBC/CBS! Make em work for that $. No fan like a soap fan. Here’s a free idea…Soap Opera Jeopardy instead of a new talk show. YOU’RE WELCOME.

Well I taped it and saw 20 minutes and then presto our governor had to tell us doom and gloom so I did miss all the rest but what I saw was some wonderful actors and characters I was very young when this episode aired but man the sets etc but that’s when they cared about daytime!

Quinn Redeker/ Rex Sterling was indeed fabulous with Katherine and Jill and Traci etc etc and my favorite Ashley on she had a softer presence and BE had her own chemistry with Eric

These Friday Y and R flashbacks are a reminder of how good the show once was plot and writing wise and especially the quality of the sets. Today every other scene is in a hotel room, Jack’s office reduced to the board room, and don’t get me going on what they did to the Newman ranch set (and I am not talking the fire one)!

GH’s Laura Wright Previews How Carly Gets Clued-In to Sonny’s Behavior: “All the Questions That Anybody Would Have, We Hit on Them”

This week on General Hospital, Carly (Laura Wright) seems to be close to figuring out what is going on with her ex-husband, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) or is she? In the latest promo for the ABC daytime drama series, looks like Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) have a plan to bring Sonny down … eliminate Jason (Steve Burton) and make it look like Sonny is responsible.

Meanwhile, Carly gets an earful from Nina (Cynthia Watros) that Ava (Maura West) had a lot to do with getting Nina to sell her portion of the hotel back to Jason, her interest is piqued.

According to Laura Wright during her chat with Soap Opera Digest, Carly has a growing concern over Sonny’s current roomie, Ava Jerome, and the mobster’s paranoid and irrational behavior recently.

Wright shares about Carly, “She doesn’t trust Ava for a moment.” Then in a great teasers, Laura reveals “All the questions that anybody would have, we hit on them. I’m excited.”

So, will Carly figure out just what Ava is up to? Will she learn that Sonny has been fed the wrong pills that are not controlling his bipolar disorder thanks to Valentin? Stay tuned.

Check out this week’s promo for GH and then let us know, what do you think Ava is up to exactly? Is she in cahoots with Valentin or operating separately? Will Jason and Sonny be led down a path where the two try to eliminate each other? Share your theories in the comment section below.
