The Young and the Restless Previews: Jordan Still Has a Trick Up Her Sleeve, Ashley’s Troubling Alter, Connor’s OCD
Teasers for The Young and the Restless for the week of March 18-22nd have been revealed, and it should be noted, it will be a shortened week of episodes, because on Thursday, March 21st and Friday, March 22nd, Y&R will be preempted for CBS’ coverage of the 2024 March Madness College Basketball tournament.
That being said, a few stories will bring the drama for a fresh new set of episodes airing early next week.
In the “what to look for”, while Victor (Eric Braeden) with the help of Nick (Joshua Morrow), have Jordan (Colleen Zenk) held captive in a warehouse, things look to go awry, when Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott), Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Claire (Hayley Erin) help convince Victor that they need to confront Jordan, in part, to help Nikki move on from the trauma she has received from Jordan including getting her back on the bottle.

According to Amelia Heinle, who spoke to Soap Opera Digest of the upcoming ‘meeting’: “The last people that Jordan was expecting to see while in captivity were Nikki, Victoria, and Claire, but Jordan cannot resist the urge to take on her rivals with one trick up her sleeve that no one will see coming.”
Meanwhile, Billy (Jason Thompson) is taken aback by his talk with Ashley (Eileen Davidson). Will he figure out, as Tucker (Trevor St. John) has beginning to do, that something is off and concerning about Ashley’s behavior? How long do you think it will take for someone to figure out she has had a personality break and now has an alter controlling her life, or trying to?

Adam (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea’s (Melissa Claire Egan) son, Connor (Judah Mackey) had been diagnosed with OCD and now Chelsea feels very guilty. Will Connor’s OCD bring about continued thoughts as he presented to his parents, that he is hating himself? Stay tuned.

I absolutely have no use for this show I can’t stand it the camping acting and Trevor St. John is sleep walking his scenes and on five days a week when we have no Lauren no Sharon and now I hear JM is going to get his way again and screw Lilly !! When does the crap stop?

While I loved having Coleen Zenk visit, enough is enough. I’ve known people with OCD and never saw the Paranoia poor Conner is displaying, of course with those two people as parents, I could see why. If Jack was around, he at least should see something off in Ashley ‘s behavior. The way she was all over her ex, in a way she would never be, he could tell there was something not right about her.

The Ashley story needs to go. Between her and Phyllis, I don’t know which one is annoying me more. Although I am annoyed by yet another Nikki and her drinking storyline, I am hoping Jordan isn’t finished yet, for the sole reason of seeing the wonderful Colleen Zenk back on daytime TV. As I said in a previous post, I was a long time ATWT’s fan. Lisa, Kim, and Barbara were favorites. I am completely enjoying Ms Zenk’s performance. For that reason alone I am dealing with it. And last, but definitely not least I think Judah Mackey deserves a daytime Emmy nomination for his current performances as Connor. He is really coming into his own as an actor with this story. The power’s that be are, in my opinion are doing a great job with the subject.
Love just keeps moving on. So not enjoyable. How many loves needs to be demolished. Not worth my time.
I’m tired of Nikki always losing her sobriety. I love Adam so he needs to be a good person and I like him with Sally. I am sick of Tucker and Audra. When Audra was with Kyle is was sickening, Kyle and Summer should have stayed together

I agree on all counts. And I find myself getting sentimental about the 42 years I watched ATWT, a reliable staple in my life that I looked forward to even during dull stretches. My faves were also Lisa (great Eileen Fulton), Maura West’s Carly, fabulous Colleen Zenk (then Zenk Pinter), Cady McLain’s Rosanna, and of course magnificent Elizabeth Hubbard as Lucinda Walsh. As far as Connor goes, I find the story disturbing mainly because the young actor is so convincing. But it sure beats Tucker’s aimless, emasculated threats which come to less than zero and Ashley’s “Sybil” thing. As Katharine Hepburn said in ON GOLDEN POND — – bore, bore, bore.
Soaphound, you brought back so many memories from my 2nd favorite Soap, my first being GL. I would take up this whole page if I continued on where you left off of the wonderful characters on this show. I miss them all, it’s just not the same anymore.
While Coleen and melody have been great the story is very convoluted and why does everyone attack Adam for questioning Claire who btw I’m not rooting for ! Let’s hope they handle the Colin storyline properly Lastly also not enjoying the Ashley alter storyline and Tucker may be the creepiest character on soaps sorry Trevor
About Adam, he acts like a jerk, so they treat him like one, maybe that’s the reason
Do we ever see him with any kind of reasoning with anything. He can hardly hold a conversation with any other character without some crap or other coming out of his mouth and God forbid he give anyone the benefit of the doubt. I thought he might even accuse his son of just acting up to get attention.

I believe he hates the Sally Spectra character he’s completely destroyed that woman to the core and every fiber of her being you know if they brought on Pierson Fode as a recast Scott Grainger and a new love interest for Sally Spectra then I’d watch again plus CH and PF still have great chemistry when he played Sally’s ex love Thomas Forrester on B&B now chemistry like that never dies.

Josh Griffith needs to be fired and replaced his worst idea yet was pairing Adam with Sally now I heard rumblings that this OCD storyline is leading to a Chadam reunion and that Sally will get a new love interest a returning character played by a recast actor.

What’s so bad about Conner’s mom and dad getting back together? Sally can use a bew love interest, sick of her and Adam anyway.
I hate the way Lily found out about Daniel’s dalliance with Heather. Who I can’t stand right now. She was happy when Daniel said Lily could see what was happening or going to happen! Also why is Tucker the only one who recognizes that something is wrong with Ashley!!! I’m also wondering why we aren’t seeing Sharon run her company! Why have her go through all she went through and not see her on this new path! Frustrating.

He tried with Jack who just cut him off, because he’s Tucker. Jack can really be a stick up the butt sometimes also with his wife and son.
I am still amazed that CBS renewed Y&R as bad as it is. The actors can’t provide dynamic performances because they are not given the written material to do it. I’m sure the writing staff was gotten on the cheap end. I blame CBS Executives and SONY for not stepping in to right the ship. You can’t invest in characters you see once or twice a month. The actors are trying, but they stick to the lousy scripts, and the end result looks nice, but sounds dreadful. And there is no coming attraction on Friday’s show that’s even worth looking forward to. I feel sorry for the actors.
The simple solution is for TPTB to make a Non-REFUSABLE offer to DOUG DAVIDSON to return as PAUL!!!…
TPTB have TOTALLY FORGOTTEN and horribly drifted from the legacy of Lauralee’s Parents: William & Lee Philip Bell!!…And BOTTOM LINE: The new regime is ticking us long time fans off and not bringing the people back we TRULY want, NOR giving us the STORYLINES we CRAVE!!!….

GENERAL HOSPITAL Spoilers Promo: Jason’s Back, Drew Begins to Make His Move, Portia Goes Into a Labor
It’s a major week on General Hospital, and in the just released ABC promo for the action in and out of Port Charles, a major return, a baby on the way, and a displaced congressman coming back to life are at its epicenter. Let’s take a look!
In episodes airing July 13-17, first, Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) is seen at the Metro Court pool trying to get justice for Jason! “My dad’s in prison because he covered for Rocco,” exclaims the teenager.
Next, we cut to Jason (Steve Burton) himself, who is thrown into a dark cell by a guard. It’s the first we have seen of two-time Daytime Emmy-winner, Steve Burton since his on-screen departure back in March. What has happened to Jason?

Next, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is about to watch the domino effect of all her misdeeds and machinations come back to bite her. Now that Sidwell is in police custody, she has no way to gain access to the paralytic drug she has been using for months to keep her husband Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) in a locked-in state, unable to speak or move.
WILLOW IS LOSING CONTROL OF DREW
However, Drew is seen and he can finally move his hands and his feet and is moving around in his wheelchair. Then, Willow is seen beginning to freak out sharing, “We won’t be able to control Drew much longer!” Is Drew finally coming to get his comeuppance? What will be his first move against Willow, once he can walk and talk?
Finally, the promo comes to its conclusion, and Portia (Brooke Kerr) has suddenly gone into labor and she’s all alone! Will Curtis (Donnell Turner) or Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) show up in time or someone else to help her deliver her baby? Will there be medical complications that could derail the birth of her child? Stay tuned.

THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL Preview: Daphne’s Devastated, Steffy Finds Herself at a Crossroads with Finn
This week on all-new episodes of The Bold and the Beautiful, the official spoilers for the CBS soap share that there is major trouble ahead in two marriages; Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Daphne (Murielle Hilaire), and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Finn (Tanner Novlan).
First, Carter and Daphne have been trying to conceive their first child together, but something is wrong and during a conversation at the hospital with Dr. Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda), Daphne will learn the terrible truth. What will happen to their marriage if she cannot conceive a child, or is something else been found medically by Li?
Then, after Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) implores her son, Finn (Tanner Novlan), to give her yet another chance to be a part of his life, and her grandson, Hayes, it appears that Finn is going to once again go to bat for his mother with Steffy. By week’s end, B&B teases that the couple is at a major crossroads. How can Steffy fear for her life and that of her kids with Sheila around, and if she doesn’t agree to what Finn wants, what will happen to their happy union? Stay tuned.

ELECTRA AND WILL CAN’T SEEM TO GET TOGETHER
Elsewhere, Electra (Laneya Grace) is bemoaning her break-up with Will (Crew Morrow) over his keeping the Logan fashion house agenda a secret from her. Right there to pick up the pieces is R.J. (Brayan Nicoletti), who is more than happy to drive a further wedge between Will and Electra.
However, while Dylan (Sydney Bullock) makes another play for Will, he is filled with regret of not coming forward and bracing Electra for Hope jumping ship to Logan, and their new jewelry line featuring the “Hope for the Future Diamond.” How long will Electra and Will remain apart?

Several months back, when Carter and Daphne were getting set to say their “I do’s,” Murielle Hilaire and Lawrence Saint-Victor visited You Tube’s Michael Fairman Channel, and at that time, if you read between the lines, they foreshadowed something may happen when the couple try to have a child. THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL Spoilers Video: Dylan Cozies Up to Will; Is This the Moment for ‘DILL?’
Next week on all-new episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, the CBS soap opera’s latest preview video indicates that after Electra (Laneya Grace) and Will’s (Crew Morrow) dust up, it looks like Dylan (Sydney Bullock) takes the opportunity to make her move.
In the spoilers video, Dylan is at the beach house with Will and tells him, that this time and for the record that if she were to be with him, she would not be living above the garage. Clearly, she has designs to move into Will’s home and to be with him in his bed. Is this moment that Will and Dylan change their relationship, officially?
On the official B&B Instagram account in the comment thread, Sydney Bullock wrote, “It’s about time for some more DILL, ” and she tagged Crew Morrow. The young star answered her in the thread, sharing, “I heard the people were calling for it 😝.”

Elsewhere, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) is in for stunner with her husband, Finn (Tanner Novlan). He tells his wife, he thinks they should allow his mother, Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) back into their lives. How on earth will Steffy come to terms with this?
Then, Dr Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) has a conversation with Daphne (Murielle Hilaire) in her medical office at the hospital. Daphne and Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) have been trying to have a baby. However, Li has what appears to be devastating news for her. Daphne asks, What do you have to tell me?” Li looks concerned. We fade to black.
